Stacie S. Rogers is an Associate Attorney with McDonald Law Firm, LLC, who is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of Medical Assistance (Medicaid) and long-term care planning.

Asia Dabner

Asia Dabner

Paralegal

Asia Dabner is a trusts and estates paralegal at McDonald Law Firm, where she supports the attorneys in providing thoughtful, compassionate, and detail-oriented service to clients navigating important legal matters. She brings experience in probate, wealth management, and fiduciary services, with a background that includes work with the local Orphans’ Court, wealth management teams at major financial institutions, and several trusts and estates firms.

Asia has devoted her career to helping individuals and families through the complexities of estate administration and fiduciary matters. She is known for approaching her work with care, precision, and a genuine commitment to making clients feel supported every step of the way. 

After graduating with honors from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Asia went on to attend the University of Baltimore School of Law as a Fannie Angelos Scholar, where she graduated in 2019. Asia has successfully passed the Maryland bar exam, and her admission is currently pending.

Outside of work, Asia enjoys singing in her church choir, spending time with her family, and shopping.

Catherine

Catherine I. Borig

Legal Assistant

Catherine is a Legal Assistant at McDonald Law Firm, where she supports the attorneys in providing attentive and efficient service to clients.  She brings four years of experience as an Elder Law Legal assistant, with a strong understanding of the needs of individuals and families navigating long-term care and estate planning matters. 

Known for her attention to detail, Catherine plays an important role in helping ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

Outside of the office, Catherine enjoys reading and spending time with friends, especially over board games.

Maddie L. Fitzmaurice

Legal Assistant

Maddie is a Legal Assistant at McDonald Law Firm, where she supports the firm’s attorneys with precision, care, and a strong commitment to client service.  Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, she helps ensure a seamless experience for both clients and colleagues. 

Maddie earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, graduating cum laude from the University of Baltimore.  Maddie began her legal career as an intern with a local elder law and estate planning firm, where she remained for several years in a full-time role, developing a solid foundation in client-focused legal support before joining the firm. Outside of the office, Maddie enjoys quiet moments with a good book, working through puzzles and crosswords, and spending time with her many cats and dogs.

Carla

Carla C. Harvey

Office Administrator

Carla Harvey serves as the firm’s Office Administrator, where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and supports attorneys and staff in maintaining an efficient and well-organized practice. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and brings more than 12 years of experience in office management and administrative leadership.

Drawing on her background in operations, Carla focuses on developing systems and operations processes that streamline workflow, strengthen internal organization, and support a productive office environment.  She is passionate about building effective operational structures that allow professional teams to work efficiently and focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.

Outside of her professional role, Carla enjoys spending time with family, health and wellness, fashion, writing, and travel.  She values organization, creativity, and lifelong learning, and enjoys exploring ideas and experiences that inspire both personal and professional growth.

Dallas

Dallas K. Sherod

Client Relations Coordinator

Dallas Sherod serves as the firm’s Client Relations Coordinator, where she plays a key role in client intake and attorney schedule management.  She is often the first point of contact for clients and is dedicated to creating a welcoming organized, and supportive experience from the very beginning.  

In May 2026, Dallas graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a concentration in Criminology and a minor in Psychology.  She plans to continue her education by pursuing a master’s degree in psychology. 

Her professional background includes more than four years of experience in the legal field, with exposure to Personal Injury, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Elder Law, and Criminal Law, including work with the Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Office.  In addition, Dallas has experience working both one-on-one and in group settings with individuals diagnosed with intellectual and behavioral disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.  This work has strengthened her ability to communicate effectively and provide thoughtful, compassionate support to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Known for her approachable demeanor and strong organizational skills, Dallas is committed to ensuring a positive and efficient experience for both new and returning clients. Outside of the office, Dallas enjoys crocheting, going to the gym, cooking, and spending time in nature.
